Basketball Game Preview: Bluff City Gray Wolves vs. Fairley Bulldogs

The Bluff City Gray Wolves will challenge the Fairley Bulldogs at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.

Last Tuesday, Bluff City ended up a good deal behind Wooddale and lost 66-48. The Gray Wolves have struggled against the Cardinals recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Fairley played against Freedom Prep Academy and won via forfeit.

Bluff City's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-10. As for Fairley, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Bluff City strolled past Fairley in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a score of 73-59. Does Bluff City have another victory up their sleeve, or will Fairley turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
