While Jackson's win against St. Vincent wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Fighting Indians' defense stepped up to hand the Indians a 1-0 shutout on Wednesday. Winning may never get old, but Jackson sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Jackson's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for St. Vincent, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-3.

Coming up, Jackson will be playing at home against Northwest at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Vincent, they will head out on the road to face off against Farmington at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. St. Vincent are facing Farmington at the right time seeing as Farmington are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
