Baseball Recap: Ferris Comes Up Short

Ferris was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 7-3 to the Gonzaga Prep Bullpups. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bullpups this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-0 last Monday.

Ferris' loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Gonzaga Prep, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Ferris will take on rival Lewis & Clark at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Gonzaga Prep is set to challenge their familiar foe Central Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
