Football Game Recap: Port St. Lucie vs. Westwood

Everything went Westwood's way against Port St. Lucie on Friday as they made off with a 37-14 win. That result is just more of the same for Westwood, who also won the last time these teams played.

Westwood's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 31 points in the first half. Port St. Lucie came up with 7 to make it 31-7 heading into the break. Westwood were outperformed in the second half 6-7 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the game. The win got they back to even at 1-1. The loss dropped Port St. Lucie's record to 0-2.

Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Next week, Westwood take on Jupiter at 7:00 PM. Westwood continues their travels as they hit the road for the second straight contest. Port St. Lucie are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Space Coast next week at 7:00 PM.
