Basketball Recap: Mt. St. Michael Academy Comes Up Short

Mt. St. Michael Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 75-52 to the St. Peter's Eagles. The Mountaineers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

Mt. St. Michael Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for St. Peter's, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mt. St. Michael Academy and St. Raymond Boys will compete for holiday cheer at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Peter's will take on Monsignor Farrell in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
