Basketball Recap: Hannibal Comes Up Short

Hannibal was the 60-57 winner over Kirksville when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Hannibal Pirates took a 62-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kirksville Tigers. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hannibal's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Kirksville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-8.

Hannibal will host Moberly at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Hannibal is facing Moberly at the right time seeing as Moberly is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Kirksville, they will venture away from home to face off against St. Elizabeth at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
