Volleyball Recap: Monroe Central Wins Going Away Against Cameron + How To Watch

Monroe Central won the last time they faced Cameron and things went their way on Thursday too. The Seminoles blew past the Dragons 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Seminoles.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Monroe Central was: they took every set by at least 16 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-7, 25-6.

Olivia Bettinger paced Monroe Central's offense, picking up 12 kills. Bettinger got some help from Isabella Farnsworth and her 18 assists. Maclarin Craft controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Monroe Central's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Cameron, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Monroe Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cameron, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on The Linsly School at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th.
