Basketball Recap: West Carroll Comes Up Short

West Carroll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Halls Tigers, falling 67-29. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the War Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-27 back in January.

West Carroll's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Halls, their win bumped their record up to 9-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Carroll will square off against Humboldt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Humboldt will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something West Carroll surely won't give up without a fight. As for Halls, they will head out on the road to challenge Middleton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Middleton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.6 points per game this season.
