Burley came tearing into Wednesday's game with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.4 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Minico Spartans an 11-0 shutout. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bobcats considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Burley's win bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Minico, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-15 record this season.
