Softball Game Preview: Great Falls Bison vs. Glacier Wolfpack

Great Falls is 2-8 against Glacier since April of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Bison will be playing at home against the Wolfpack at 2:00 p.m. Great Falls has given up an average of 12 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Great Falls lost 19-2 to Billings Senior on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Glacier had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.4 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They walked away with an 8-3 victory over the Bruins.

The team relied heavily on Karley Allen, who went 3-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Addyson Cunningham, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Glacier hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters in seven consecutive contests.

Glacier's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Great Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.
