Firelands won the last time they faced Brookside and things went their way on Saturday too. The Falcons put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 6-1 win. It was an even better day for Mikey Janosik as he scored three goals for his team.

The victory made it two in a row for Firelands and bumps their season record up to 7-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those two matches. As for Brookside, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
