Basketball Game Preview: Tamarac Bengals vs. Waterford-Halfmoon Fordians

Tamarac has gone 7-1 against Waterford-Halfmoon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Tamarac Bengals will host the Waterford-Halfmoon Fordians at 7:30 p.m. Waterford-Halfmoon took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Tamarac, who comes in off a win.

Last Sunday, Tamarac earned a 51-43 win over Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bengals.

Owen Glynn and Sam Kuiken were among the main playmakers for Tamarac as the former went 6 for 11 on his way to 19 points and the latter posted 15 points. The dominant performance gave Kuiken a new career-high in points.

Meanwhile, Waterford-Halfmoon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 61-28 loss at the hands of Hoosick Falls.

Waterford-Halfmoon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Tamarac, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Tamarac was able to grind out a solid win over Waterford-Halfmoon when the teams last played back in January, winning 63-54. Will Tamarac repeat their success, or does Waterford-Halfmoon have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
