Volleyball Recap: Rahway Indians vs. Westfield Blue Devils
Rahway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Westfield Blue Devils. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September.
The final score came out to 25-8, 25-18.
Rahway's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Westfield, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.
Rahway will head out on the road to challenge Union Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westfield, they will face off against Summit at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Summit is coming into the game with three straight victories on the road, so Westfield will have to stop a squad with plenty of momentum.
