Softball Recap: Genoa Area Takes a Loss

Genoa Area and Clyde squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Genoa Area had to settle for second. They came up short against the Fliers, falling 9-0. The Comets were not able to make up for their loss to the Fliers from their previous meeting back in April of 2021.

This is the second loss in a row for Genoa Area and nudges their season record down to 6-15. As for Clyde, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 21-6.

As of now, neither Genoa Area nor the Fliers have any future games scheduled.
