Football Game Preview: Boston English/New Mission Bulldogs vs. Boston Latin Academy Dragons

The Boston English/New Mission Bulldogs will head out on the road to challenge the Boston Latin Academy Dragons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Boston English/New Mission earned a 24-14 victory over Brighton/Kennedy Health Careers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, Boston Latin Academy got themselves on the board against Roxbury Prep Charter on Friday, but Roxbury Prep Charter never followed suit. They blew past the Wolves, posting a 32-0 win. Considering the Dragons have won three matchups by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Boston Latin Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Boston English/New Mission, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Boston English/New Mission and Boston Latin Academy were neck-and-neck when the teams last played back in October of 2024, but Boston English/New Mission came up empty-handed after a 7-6 defeat. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
