Neshoba Central's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the New Hope Trojans. That's more bragging rights for the Rockets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory got Neshoba Central back to even at 2-2. As for New Hope, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Neshoba Central will welcome Choctaw Central at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for New Hope, they will be playing at home against Starkville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
