Basketball Recap: Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Takes a Loss

Hunter-Kinard-Tyler lost against Calhoun County back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Trojans fell 55-48 to the Calhoun County Saints. The Trojans just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Hunter-Kinard-Tyler now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Calhoun County, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-5 record.

Hunter-Kinard-Tyler will host Williston-Elko at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Williston-Elko will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Hunter-Kinard-Tyler surely won't give up without a fight. As for Calhoun County, they will head out on the road to square off against Blackville-Hilda at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Blackville-Hilda is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.2 points per game this season.
