Softball Recap: Kings Park Takes a Loss

Kings Park lost against Islip on April 4th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Kingsmen fell 4-1 to the Buccaneers.

Kings Park's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Islip, they moved to 5-5-1 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

The future could be bright for both Kings Park and Islip: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. The Kingsmen will look to extend Smithtown West's three-game losing streak when they meet at 7:00 p.m. on May 3. Meanwhile, Islip will try to hand Shoreham-Wading River their third-straight loss when the two meet at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
