Volleyball Recap: Deer River Find Success

After losing to Northeast Range the last time they met, Deer River decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Warriors walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Knights on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Deer River picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 3-8. As for Northeast Range, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coincidentally, Deer River and Northeast Range will both be playing Mountain Iron-Buhl the next time they take the court. The Warriors will host the Rangers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Knights will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
