Softball Recap: Ripley Comes Up Short

The Ripley Tigers lost 15-5 to the Collierville Dragons on Friday.

Ripley has also been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9-1 record this season. As for Collierville, they pushed their record up to 10-8-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Ripley will take on Halls at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Ripley will need to watch out since Halls has now posted at least ten runs in their last five games. As for Collierville, they will square off against Cordova at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wolves will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Dragons surely won't give up without a fight.
