Softball Recap: Forestview Jaguars vs. South Point Red Raiders

Forestview had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 victory over the South Point Red Raiders on Friday. The Jaguars' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Olivia Hensley made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and three unearned) runs off seven hits. Those hits were her first of the season.
