On Saturday, Laife Pearl posted his first game with 10+ points. He almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine boards as Genoa Christian Academy fell to Temple Christian 62-52. We marked that as the best performance he's had all season, even better than his effort on Thursday (when he posted six points) (Gamescore: 14.5 vs. 7.8).

Pearl and Genoa Christian Academy will square off against Ross County Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Sadly, Pearl's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Genoa Christian Academy's six-game streak of wins on the road.
