Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jackson Prep). They were the clear victors by a 19-2 margin over the St. Joseph Catholic Bruins on Friday. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Bruins recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.
Jake Bailey looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.
