After a string of seven wins, Cleveland's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of the Chatsworth Chancellors by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Cavaliers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Cleveland's defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Chatsworth, the victory snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 11-14-1 record.

Looking ahead, Cleveland will head out on the road to take on Sylmar at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Cavaliers 3.7, the Spartans 1.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. Chatsworth does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
