Football Recap: Mt. Zion Bulldogs vs. North Clayton Eagles
Mt. Zion was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were just a hair shy of victory and fell 21-20 to the North Clayton Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 14-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2021.
Mt. Zion's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for North Clayton, they moved to 4-6 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
As of now, neither Mt. Zion nor North Clayton have any future games scheduled.
