Basketball Recap: North Forest Comes Up Short

North Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 36-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northside Panthers. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 36-29 back in December of 2024.

North Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Northside, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

North Forest will take on Washington at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Northside, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Northside Panthers face off against the Yates Lions at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
