Mekeel Christian Academy had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Tuxedo Tornadoes as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mekeel Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bria Salvo, who had 23 assists and ten digs. That's the most digs Salvo has posted since back in October. Macie Dell was another key player, getting seven kills, seven digs, and two aces.

Mekeel Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 28-4-4. As for Tuxedo, they moved to 9-9 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

As of now, neither Mekeel Christian Academy nor the Tornadoes have any future games scheduled.
