While Pendleton Heights's win against Delta wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Arabians skirted past the Eagles 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Arabians have posted against the Eagles since May 7, 2018.

Josie Statzer looked comfortable as she pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Aubrey Fox, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Erin Davis also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Pendleton Heights hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They are 3-1 when they post two or more strikeouts.
