Volleyball Recap: Forest Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Richland, Forest was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Raymond Rangers by a score of 3-1.

Forest's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-6. As for Raymond, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Forest is set to square off against their familiar foe Mendenhall at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Raymond will take on rival Richland at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
