Football Recap: Proviso East Comes Up Short on the Road Against Prosser

Proviso East kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 19-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Prosser Falcons. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it ten in a row.

Cincere Spates threw for 59 yards on seven of 18 attempts. Jalen Burge was his top target, picking up 27 receiving yards.

Proviso East will host Proviso West at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Prosser, they will venture away from home to face off against Hopkinsville at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
