It was a good run, but Karns City unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the North Clarion Wolves by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against North Clarion this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in September.

Karns City's goal came courtesy of Colton Christie, who's now up to seven this season.

Karns City's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for North Clarion, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-0-2.

Karns City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Clarion, they will face off against Kane at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. North Clarion will be up against Kane's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.33 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
