Basketball Recap: Heritage Christian Has No Trouble Against Seton Catholic

Heritage Christian won against Indianapolis Scecina Memorial two weeks ago with 49 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Heritage Christian Eagles rang in the new year with a 49-36 victory over the Seton Catholic Cardinals. That 13 point margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

Eli Nix was the offensive standout of the matchup as he posted six points.

Seton Catholic lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jason Moynihan, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine boards. Moynihan is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Grant Semler, who had 14 points.
