Volleyball Recap: Laton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Laton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Kings Christian Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss on Monday.

Laton actually scored more points across those four sets (86-82), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 7-25, 25-22, 25-19, 25-20.

Laton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Kings Christian, their win ended a six-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Laton will challenge rival Riverdale Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kings Christian is set to square off against their familiar foe Wonderful College Prep Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
