Meanwhile, Jayhawk Linn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against Uniontown, falling 17-5. On the bright side, the five- run effort marked the Jayhawks' highest-scoring game to date.

Jayhawk Linn's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8-2. As for St. Paul, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

St. Paul suffered a grim 24-7 defeat to Jayhawk Linn when the teams last played back in April of 2023. Can the Indians avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
