Volleyball Game Preview: Bethany Community Wolves vs. Leadership Academy Falcons

Bethany Community is 0-10 against Leadership Academy since August of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Wolves are taking a road trip to face off against the Falcons at 6:30 p.m. Bethany Community will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Monday, Bethany Community made easy work of Triad Math and Science Academy and carried off a 3-0 win.

Bethany Community was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Leadership Academy got the win against Piedmont Classical on Monday by a conclusive 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Leadership Academy was: they took every set by at least 17 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-4, 25-8.

Leadership Academy's victory bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Bethany Community, their win bumped their record up to 14-9.

Bethany Community couldn't quite get it done against Leadership Academy when the teams last played back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Wolves avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
