Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Oak Lawn). Their defense stepped up to hand the Goode STEM Academy Knights a 7-0 shutout on Saturday. The high-scoring effort was just what Oak Lawn needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Their offense was hitting Goode STEM Academy from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Kamila Tobias led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Oak Lawn's win bumped their record up to 6-3-1. As for Goode STEM Academy, they dropped their record down to 3-5-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
