Volleyball Recap: Adairsville Takes a Loss

Adairsville lost against Sonoraville back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Phoenix.

Adairsville was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-17.

Adairsville's loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Sonoraville, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season.

Adairsville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against North Murray on the 16th. As for Sonoraville, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Kell on the 16th.
