Softball Recap: Elizabethtown Takes a Loss

If Elizabethtown was riding high fresh off their 25-0 takedown of Lebanon last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bears lost 13-1 to the Solanco Golden Mules on Wednesday. The Bears have struggled against the Golden Mules recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Elizabethtown's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Solanco, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elizabethtown will welcome Lower Dauphin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Solanco, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Cocalico at 6:30 p.m.
