Softball Recap: Horseshoe Bend Mustangs vs. Idaho City Wildcats
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Glenns Ferry, Horseshoe Bend was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Idaho City Wildcats by a score of 15-12. For the Mustangs, this counts as revenge for the 20-10 win the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2025.

Kimber Jones made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 11 over seven innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April of 2025.
