Malachi Jones, Aquinas's leader in blocks on the season, led the team again on Friday. Jones went 5 for 11 en route to 11 points along with eight boards and five steals. The effort marked the most steals he has had since back in December of 2024. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Jones and Aquinas will take on Ontario Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Knights, probably because Jones had a solid game then too: he posted seven points in addition to 13 rebounds and three steals.
