Basketball Recap: California School for the Deaf-Riverside Makes It Eight in a Row on the Road

California School for the Deaf-Riverside's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Sherman Indian Braves by a score of 57-48. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 69-45 back in December of 2024.

California School for the Deaf-Riverside pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.1 points per game. As for Sherman Indian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, California School for the Deaf-Riverside and Sherman Indian will both be playing La Sierra Academy the next time they take the court. California School for the Deaf-Riverside will head out to face La Sierra Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Sherman Indian will host them at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th.
