It's playoff time, and South Albany had no trouble coming through when it counted. They secured a 40-36 W over the Corvallis Spartans on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Redhawks as they're now sitting on 11 straight.

South Albany pushed their record up to 16-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.2 points over those games. As for Corvallis, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-8.

South Albany and Corvallis should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Oregon Rankings.
