Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Section). They came out on top against the Gaston Bulldogs by a score of 42-30 on Friday. This was payback for the Lions, who suffered a 42-28 loss the last time these two teams met.

Section's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Gaston, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Section will face off against North Sand Mountain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lions will need to watch out since the Bison have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Gaston, they will take on Pleasant Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
