Softball Recap: St. Paul Indians vs. Uniontown Eagles
St. Paul lost to Uniontown on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Indians came up short against the Eagles, falling 20-3.
Kaydra Mathis made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run.
St. Paul's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Uniontown, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. St. Paul will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Erie at 4:30 p.m. on April 30. As for Uniontown, they will venture away from home to take on Jayhawk Linn at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
