Ava Yates was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. Yates was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-2 with a home run, four RBI, and two runs.

In other batting news, Notre Dame got a massive performance out of Keleigh Spell, who went 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs, and three RBI. Malayna Daigle was another key contributor, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with a home run and three runs.
