Soccer Game Preview: Tri-County vs. Hayesville

Tri-County hasn't had much luck against Hayesville recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Jaguars are taking a road trip to take on the Yellowjackets at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

It was a proper cat-fight when Tri-County duked it out with Blue Ridge Early College on Wednesday. The Jaguars lost 4-1 to the Bobcats. The contest was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Tri-County it sure didn't stay that way.

Meanwhile, Hayesville came up short against Swain County on Wednesday and fell 4-2.

Hayesville's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1. As for Tri-County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-11-1.

Tri-County suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Hayesville in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Jaguars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
