Volleyball Recap: Cherokee Comes Up Short

Cherokee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sunrise Mountain Mustangs.

Cherokee's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Sunrise Mountain, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Cherokee has already played their next contest (against Livingston Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Sunrise Mountain, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Boyd on the 30th.
