Soccer Game Preview: St. Stanislaus vs. North Forrest

The St. Stanislaus Rock-a-Chaws are taking a road trip to take on the North Forrest Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Stanislaus is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

St. Stanislaus is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Perry Central with a sharp 12-0 victory on Tuesday. The Rock-a-Chaws might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for North Forrest's offense. They fell 2-0 to Resurrection Catholic on Tuesday. The shutout was out of character for North Forrest seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in December of 2024.

St. Stanislaus' win bumped their record up to 14-1. As for North Forrest, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5-1 record this season.

St. Stanislaus took their victory against North Forrest in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 7-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for St. Stanislaus since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
