Volleyball Game Preview: Menendez Falcons vs. Warner Christian Academy Eagles

It'll be a Battle of the Birds when Menendez Falcons take on Warner Christian Academy Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Menendez has now lost eight straight dating back to last season, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 29.

Menendez lost 3-0 to Tocoi Creek on Thursday.

Menendez took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Warner Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on March 13th as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Seminole, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13, 25-11.

Menendez's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Warner Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Menendez took their victory against Warner Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in March of 2023 by a conclusive 3-0. Does Menendez have another victory up their sleeve, or will Warner Christian Academy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
