Norland extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Lorenzo Major. Everything went the Norland Vikings' way against the Bartow Yellow Jackets on Tuesday as the Norland Vikings made off with a 60-39 victory thanks in part to Major, who went 7 for 14 on his way to 16 points and five steals. He is becoming a predictor of Norland's success: when he posts at least five steals the team is 7-3 (and 2-3 when he doesn't).

The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Watson, who posted nine points and six rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played.

When it comes to explaining why Bartow lost, don't look at Ja'Kylen Crossley. Despite the final result, he had 14 points and five rebounds. Kenny Cotton was another key player, putting up five points and five rebounds.

Norland's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Bartow, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-6.

Norland will welcome Hialeah Educational Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Norland's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches. As for Bartow, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 79-60 victory against Lake Gibson on the 9th.
